Look at the reviews. I ordered a faucet 3 months ago. There are a bunch of suspicious 5 star reviews and all of the real reviews are 1 star.

Again impossible to get a response from customer service. We finally got our money back but i don t think we would have had we not nicely and consistantly called to check on it every two to three days. The overall rating of the company is 1 4 and consumers are mostly dissatisfied.
