Leviton Light Switch Blinking Yellow

Device is in the process of enrolling to my leviton or the identify feature has been triggered via the my leviton app.

Mailed the switch in for repair and was without for about 2 5 weeks and the same switch was mailed back. My latest attempt has the vri10 1l working fine and the coordinating vp00r 1l not working. The vp00r 1l has the right most dimmer light flashing.
